Default Swing Jacket

Has anyone used the Swing Jacket? Having a real hard time with my arms coming off my body in the downswing. Any thoughts on this?

Forget about the jacket and just learn to keep your body leading your arms. You are losing sequencing ie. arms outracing body - you either have a faulty pivot or you have clubface issues or both. Look-up one of brian's pivot articles and try take your left shoulder as far away from the ball as you can at impact - that should keep your left arm connected to your chest.

Although I have a swing jacket collecting dust somewhere. It does have some merits. It certainly promotes "roundness" to a swing.

You don't need it to keep your arms on your body. Your path is too inside out to right field. Use the age old towel under the left arm drill and hit some wedges and send me the $100

Cheers

I have a swing jacket and it was interesting to try. I agree with the above post that you should work on the pivot and sequencing.

It may have some benefit but to be honest, I felt foolish wearing it at the range.

I had more success with Brian's videos along with the training aids from Rover Golf.
