"Pop Out" vs. No "Pop Out"

I'm bored so I made a video of pop out vs non pop out.
I think pop out swing needs alot of rotation and speed but the ball flight is typically low.....and the non pop out swing requires less power to hit the ball and the ball flight produces high draws for me. No pop out is the way to go, it's..pretty effort less.

Brian reminded me on my last video that i was poping out, totally forgot about that.

i actually feel like when i pop out I generate alot more speed. but of course i get tired after 9 holes.

I thought pop out is when the hands go outside during the takeaway...e.g. your hands go straight back rather than back-and-in.
