| Senior Member | The first 3D machine has arrived in my town, in the Taylor Made fitting center. I guess the machine is great, but I'm not sure if the "authorized fitter" at Taylor Made knows best how to utilize the data. If I do pay $200 to try out the machine, what should I look for? |

We just got a Trackman here in town. I haven't gotten on it because I don't think the guy running it is all that sharp. He just graduated from the San Diego Golf Academy. I'm not saying he doesn't know how to run the machine, but I have my doubts about his knowledge of the golf swing.....especially in 3-D. Brian should offer a Trackman Data Reading as a service and as another income stream. Is this feasible or would Brian need to be running the Trackman to properly set the parameters.

This same guy tried to tell me about "swing-weight" in MOI matched clubs being "screwy"...huh. After all, you are paying to use their machine, the way I see it the data is rightfully yours, especially for 200 bucks or whatever. I'm sure Brian would help you out Tong, just ask.Last edited by vjsinger; 02-25-2009 at 09:19 AM. | |

![]() | Like i told you the people who run the taylormade MATT fitting system (which i'm assuming is what they have) are very good at what they do. Let them fit you and you should be fine
