My golf swing

Hello Everyone. I just signed up here last week and also bought the building blocks video. I know I need to start relearning from the beginning but here is a video of me made last week. My friend who took the video pointed out a couple things. Arm too bent, He said I need to stand a little closer that I am reaching and said I need to shorten my swing. Also said I need to swing easier. However I think I have improved on some areas I use to slump a lot but I think that has improved. Thanks for other suggestions.
