From the first picture I thought Jack as well. If I saw just the other 2 I would have had no guess.

Teenage Jack is correct. The swing was in an HBO documentary about the 1960 US Open.

What surprised me the most was the first picture: didn't anyone tell Jack he needed to restrict his hips in the backswing? In fact, it looks like a good left-handed players follow-through!
