Read this book and I really recommend it. I have read all of the mental books and none of them clicked for me. This is simple, clear and concise and written by someone who know competition. Worth being in your library.

Me and my brother both saw him speak in person. Seems like he knows what he was talking about. He competed in the Olympics so he knows pressure.
