Default Underplane problems (swing through the ball?)

Couple of days ago, I saw people in this forum discussed different method of getting rid of the underplane problems on the downswing. Some suggested to hit the driver with knees on the ground. Does it just mean swing through the ball? I had problems swinging too inside out sometimes, especially when I'm on the course playing the last few holes. When It happens, I just tell me self to swing through, and it works for me. I wonder if it's the same thing that BM described in NHA video, carrying those arms with your pivot and swing left. I think that's basically what i'm doing. I hit straight shot with maybe tiny fade towards the end.
