Default GTE Las Vegas—March 22&23 - Hotel Booking Info

The booking code for the Suncoast Hotel is:

1TGCC03

The code will remain active until MARCH 1st. After that, the rooms go back to the Hotel.

So the attendees should not delay.

You don't have to be registered for the GTE yet to book your room.

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy or you have to pay one night’s stay. There are 20 rooms reserved at the $49 rate.

The number is 866-636-7111.

Guys, after talking with the gal at the Suncoast, you better call in and get your room prior to March 1. The rate and the block goes bye-bye.

Pm me before march 1!

The room block gets released as of tomorrow. Book your room today. It's a busy week in Vegas and the hotel is sold out.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.

I printed a schedule for the Airport shuttle on the other thread. (Every 2 hours from 7 AM to 9 PM). After making a room reservation ask the hotel for a code for the shuttle. Also if people are getting in after the shuttle stops running, PM me and I can pick you up at the airport.

Appreciate the offer JP. If my flight gets in at 8:15 (from Canada), what do you think are my chances of catching the 9:00 shuttle?

You should be able to make the shuttle, but if you can't I'm picking up another participant at at 9:15. Send me a PM with your details and I'll let you know how to contact me.
