Concepts like the "out-toss" and "going normal" will become crystal clear as Brian informs and entertains the viewer with his unmistakable style.
"What If?" is a question Manzella asks over and over in the introduction—and when the golfer is finished watching the entire program, they will be able to answer those questions easily.
The Soft Draw Pattern 1.0
This video covers the details of a stroke pattern (a particular way to make a golf swing, with particular components, feels and ideas) that Brian Manzella invented to solve many of the problems golfers are having with their attempts at current pop golf instruction, especially the patterns that feature "centered" "left leaning" or "zero" backswing pivots.
Utilizing the science of leading golf physicists, as well as the in-depth study into the swings of Sam Snead and Jack Nickalus, Manzella presents a video far from the norm of today's "line drawing" instructors, but one that teaches a pattern nearly every golfer can use.
Manzella, with the help of long-time student Adam Mallory, deconstructs, demonstrates, and explains, all the moves of
the best right-to-left golfers in history, who have accomplished this "Soft Draw" flight with seemingly relative ease.
With a running time of 48 minutes and 30 seconds, this video, is divided into 12 chapters:
1. Introduction
2. Make the Club Work like a Club
3. "Back & Forth" — Symmetry and Sequence
4. Setting up for a Soft Draw

Never Hook Again 2.0
This video covers the details of a stroke pattern that Brian Manzella invented to solve many of the problems golfers have had for centuries fighting a swing that is too inside-out.
When he finally put the pieces of this pattern together, he had succumbed to the "over inside-outs" himself.
What he eventually uncovered was the "original" David Toms swing, that David had before Brian and others began to teach him.
Brian was able to teach David's swing "back to him" in the spring of 1997, as well as every year since 2003, the year of the "Million Dollar Lesson."
This video chronicles these lessons, the origins of the research, including all the components and feels of the Never Hook Again 2 pattern.
It contains so many "Manzella-isms" they are too numerous to mention, but here is a short list:
Up the Wall, Down the Wall. Left of the Wall.
Lift, Drop, & Rotate.
Shake the Sugar.
The Carry.
The Towel Plane Bard Drill.
The Yellow Brick Road.
Gather up the Marbles.
With a running time of one hour and 48 seconds, this video, is divided into 12 chapters:
1. Introduction
2. Ball Flight and the "D"-Plane
3. The Wall & Setting Up
4. Up the Wall Backswing
5. The Carry Transition
6. The Drop & Rotate Downswing
7. The Million Dollar Lesson
8. The Yellow Brick Road
9. Closed Clubface Insurance

Anti-Summit 1
Three of the smartest people in the golf business, Dr. Aaron Zick—Engineer, Dr. Paul Wood—Physicist, & Dr. Rob Neal—Biomechanist, were the scientific panel at the 1st Brian Manzella Golf Swing Symposium, otherwise known as the ANTI-SUMMIT I
Mike Finney and myself put on the symposium because we were tired of going to seminars where questions were discouraged, and questioning an expert was all but banned. We wanted real science, or at least information from real scientists, and we wanted to be able to ask anything and debate everything.
We did it. It went off without a hitch, and we learned a ton of good information. I was the moderator, always trying to keep the conversation moving, and asking the questions that needed to be asked. I also tried to keep everyone on point, and keep the discussion as free from opinion as possible.
The real-world panel of Mike Finney, Michael Jacobs, Damon Lucas, Jon Hardesty, and Steve Khatib did a great job of asking questions and keeping me on my toes. The audience included quite a few TOP 100 teachers, and pros from 3 countries. They asked good questions, got solid answers, and everyone had a great learning experience.
The information in the videos is priceless and voluminousness for golf teachers, researchers and swing junkies. The four segments, in five videos, are nearly six hours in total.
The video is not available on DVD.
Confessions of a Former Flipper
In this video, one of the best selling internet golf instructionals of all-time, Brian Manzella shows how he went from a hopeless golfer who 'timed the flip' to what many say is the flattest left wrist in golf.
Brian discuss his lessons with Ben Doyle, the first Authorized Instructor of The Golfing Machine, and he shows how he was taught, and learned "educated hands" and an how to "hit it with your pivot."
In his one of kind style, Brian entertains and educates as he discusses and explains the illusions of impact and address. He demonstrates several drills—some that Ben Doyle taught him—and some "Manzella Originals" that are now used throughout the world by golfers that have watched, and learned from this video. Your visual and mental images of chipping, pitching and punching are added by several graphic overlays, including the infamous "Coke Machine."
A must have on every golfer's shelf, and a must learn for every golfer's arsenal.
"Everytime I go to a national teaching seminar, at least a couple of teachers who I have never met come up to me, introduce themselves, and mention how much they liked, learned from, and used in their teaching, Confessions of a Former Flipper"
—Brian Manzella
"Order 'Flipper.' You can thank me later."
—Steve Duke
Over & Out
Never Fear Bunkers Again!
Well known for his bunker play prowess, and his ability to help any level of golf "get out of the sand," Brian Manzella begins this video by explaining the root causes of why so many players struggle out of the sand.
Utilizing methods taught to him by his low handicap father, Basil, an exceptional bunker player, and his long-time mentor Ben Doyle, Brian explains and demonstrates how learning a very basic square faced ("Bread & Butter") technique and then progressing to different types of open-faced shots is the solution to both the understanding and execution of shots out of the sand.
Even though he outline a strategy for bunker player improvement for the player who struggles with the shot, this video is by no means "Basic Technique" only. Brian shows a variety of Professional style bunker shots using multiple techniques, from various lies, and for all distances.
This is followed by a presentation on shots over bunkers or other similar hazards. From standard pitch shots to cut-pitches, lob shots and cut-lobs, you will learn several different style shots to fit your game and the shot at hand.
"When I went to see Ben Doyle for the first time back in 1987, He changed every part of my game. He changed my grip, my setup, even the way I twirled the club at the finish. But, when we went over to the bunker on my forth day there, Ben watched me hit about a half-dozens shots and said, 'I wouldn't change anything about that'."
—Brian Manzella
Building Blocks
In this video, Brian Manzella sets forth a program that assumes no prior golf swing knowledge, and builds a whole full-swing stroke pattern from the ground up.
Adapting his knowledge of the principles of Homer Kelley's "The Golfing Machine," and Ben Doyle's practical application of it, Brian invented a way to teach people in large groups chipping, pitching, punching, (finish) swivel pitching and punching, and the full swing, without any hands-on training.
It was developed during Manzella's stints in the 80's and early 90's as Head Instructor at the nationally-acclaimed New Orleans City Park Junior Program, and the Southern Junior Golf Academy (LSU Junior Golf Camp).
You will learn to build every movement of the golf swing, one "block" at a time, until you will be able to demonstrate from short shot to long, a "professional quality" golf swing,
The easiest way to learn to swing ever created"
—Michael Finney, PGA Professional
"Waggle, waggle, tap-tap, swing has helped my teaching immeasurably over the years."
